Hoping for an update and troubleshooting. Was afraid my Candy Bong Z was fake after some issues with a shop I bought from, but after reviewing videos of what is fake versus real, I’m fairly certain this is real. (The store is still not a good place to buy from though, in case anyone who knows me reads this.) The colours are where they should be, the Z is on the front, the LEDs are nice and smooth, and the sticker on the box is holographic and legible. It came with the instructions, lanyard, and photo card. In any case, when I hold the button ten seconds, it does flash through the correct colours, but my Bluetooth doesn’t even recognise it is there. I tried restarting me phones, turning my Bluetooth off and on, and obviously reinitialising the CB several times. I also tried seeing if my ipads Mini would just see it in its Bluetooth settings. No luck. My only other idea is that maybe my iphoness 11 Pro was too New and that the ipads Mini, released in 2018, might have an older Bluetooth card or something. It’s still a fun and cute light stick, but I really wanted the colour changing functionality. Could the developers please try to find a solution? Love you!
